Cabilla Cornwall
Cabilla Cornwall is an upland hill farm in Bodmin Moor which is being restored into an ecological haven. The site has over 100 acres of nationally rare temperate rainforest habitat which is being increased over the next few decades to encompass 300 acres in total, as a result of natural regeneration and tree planting.
Cabilla is also a beaver release site and currently has four beavers — two adults and two kits. We have been involved in a range of habitat restoration and biodiversity monitoring projects across the site.
